ARC+ EXEcutive - Look Inside

ARC+ EXEcutive is user friendly CAD software which is easy to use and include handy tools to let you customize it to your needs.

User Interface

ARC+ EXEcutive has a familiar interface with standard pull-down menus, toolbars, pallets and command window. It is easy to find the commands you need, using the menus, and most of the commands are accessible through the toolbars. If you are used to AutoCAD and/or prefer to quickly launch commands by typing them, you will find the Command Line very handy and helpful.

You can dock (or float) pallets, like the Property and External References Pallets for easy navigation.

Customization

ARC+ EXEcutive includes rich customization tools. The Options dialog box will help you control and configure your system, files locations, colors, drawing settings, user preferences, aliases and much more.

ARC+ EXEcutive provides tools to customize many aspects of its interface, such as commands, menus, mouse actions, keyboard shortcuts, toolbars and user interface profiles.

Drafting

ARC+ EXEcutive is your ultimate drawing software. It includes all the necessary tools to create entities such as lines, polylines, circles and arcs, etc. It includes powerful editing tools such as copy, mirror, rotate and scale as well as the necessary dimensioning tools. You can invoke those tools using menus, toolbars or the command line, as you do in programs like AutoCAD. 

Other features include coordinate systems, grids and snaps, external references for drawings and images, OLE support. Error checks, clean and recovery of files let you maintain coherent and healthy files.

ARC+ EXEcutive includes a unique feature, called VoiceNote, that allow s you insert audio recording and text as a comment. The recording is embedded into the drawing and is a useful communication and reminder tool.

ARC+ EXEcutive prints to system printers and can also print to SVG, JPEG, PNG and PDF file formats.

3D Modeling

ARC+ EXEcutive SOLID includes 3D Solid Modeling based on ACIS. The 3D Solids library includes boxes, cylinders, spheres, pyramids, extrudes, revolves and more. Solids editing commands include Union, Subtract and Intersect, and 3D operations include Rotate and Mirror and interface checking.

You can rotate the model in 3D and use multiple options of shading and hidden line removal for realistic display of your model.

Programming

ARC+ EXEcutive PRO and SOLID support programming interfaces, such as LISP, C, C++, Delphi, COM, .NET (VB.NET, C#) and VSTA.

Help

Help includes descriptions and instructions for all the features and functions in the software.
